I'm not much of a drinker. But Baileys has definitely got to be my all-time favourite. Its sweet flavour and creamy texture are simply irresistable.
The taste of alcohol is subtle and not overpowering, yet enough to give a kick once it sets in. I'd rate it a fabulous pick-me-up on any given day, or night.
The memory of my first encounter with Baileys remains a refreshing one. The whiff of Irish cream seems to stir distant bittersweet memories of yore. It was simply love at first sip! And I've been a fan ever since.
What's more? It's a concoction of Irish whiskey, cream and cocoa - every chocoholic's dream.
